How to lose 12kg - From 52kg to 40kg?

Hey there, just like the title states I need to lose 12kg and become 40kg asap.
Do any of you know any fast methods to drop 12kg and go from 52kg to 40kg?
I am 17, female, and my height is 5'3.

I need fast methods, not slow methods.
 
Set a target goal for 30,60,90 days and work on things to keep your focus such as nutrition (80% of results) and working out (20% results. One thing I would not suggest doing is starving yourself...your body will go into a metabolic freeze (hibernation mode) and your body will be in storing mode. Focus on eating clean foods and making sure you get enough calories to feed that metabolic fire. Your body can only lose 1-3lbs of actual body fat per week safely without gaining it all back eventually. Learn to retrain your habits in order to create a lifestyle change. Hope this helps!
 
Exercise for 5 days at least in a week (if you want to see the result fast), drink 2l water everyday, and eat natural foods (vege, fruits, meat.. not junks). This is the method I have found it is natural and healthy and I am implement it right now for me to lose 5kg for 2weeks. Hope it would helps!

Exercise... Cardio (running, swimming, biking, etc) can be done every day- I recommend taking 2 days off per week. Start lifting weights- if you don't have access to weights go back to the basics with squats, push ups, crunches, bicep curls w/ soup cans. Weights should be 3-4 times per week and make sure you rest a day in between sessions!


Eat lots of veggies, fuel your workouts with a complex carb like steel cut oatmeal or whole grain turkey sandwich or an omelette an hour or more before the workout. Eat small mealls through the day- 6 mini meals. Keep the metabolism burning.
