How to Lose 100 pounds...

Hi, everyone!

I decided to start documenting my weight loss on a blog that I just started today. I've already gone from 307 to as low as 240(a few weeks ago)...now I'm back to 260...grrr. :ack2:

Anyway, here's my journal...I'll update everyday as I make my way through the next 100 pounds that I need to lose. Check it out if you'd like:

Hi there! I had to check out your blog to make sure you're not a spammer, your diary title threw me off.

You definitely need to get an eating plan of some sort, sweetie. It won't work just to wing it, nor to half starve yourself. Figure out how much and what food you should be eating, and just do it. Track it.

Glad to know you are serious about a fitness plan, too. I have heard great things about Leslie Sansone! I use a treadmill in my basement, and would be lost without it.

You can do it! Just do it right.

I do have an eating plan. I discuss it in the first post. Thanks for checking it out! :)

I've been coming to this forum for quite a while now...so I'm not a "spammer". I just dont post a lot unless I have a burning question or wish to share something....:bigear:
