Help! I did great my 1st month. I lost 16 pounds and was down to 222. Great. Well, now things at work have picked up. I'm spending a lot more time away from home and feel that I need to be at home when I get the chance to help with things around the house. I'm having a really hard time with balancing work and working out. I'm kind of in a yo yo cycle. I might hit 3 days one week and not work out at all the next week. Work is great (I'm in sales) and I've opened a couple of big accounts so I can't complain. My problem is getting in workouts while not feeling guilty about doing so. My wife is quite supportive but i need to get over it in my head that I'm still doing my fair share around the house. Any advice? No smart ass answers please. This has become a big delimma for me and I need good advice on how to conquer it. Thanks in advance, Greg
