How to hide over-prominent bones?

Hello! I just recently started working out because I'm rather skinny, and I don't like it. I'm healthy, but I just have a small frame. Here's my issue; let me know if you have a solution:

My arms are very small, so I've been doing a variation of workouts to gain muscle mass. The area on my arm which annoys me the most is my medial epicondyle, shown below. It's more prominent than I would like, and it makes my arms look rather "gangly".

For some reason, I've been gaining muscle mass in my triceps and biceps, as well as most of my forearm, but I can't seem to hide that pesky bone. Any ideas as to how to spot-train muscles surrounding it in order to make it less prominent? Thanks for your help!

The muscles that originate there are mostly hand flexors and finger flexors, so exercises for your forearms that challenge those muscles should help. Holding heavy stuff, like deadlifts, etc, would help, for more direct work you could do wrist curls.
I don't know how effective it will be in covering the bone, though. (you're sure it's bone, and not actually muscle?

A picture of your own arm might help to see how you could hide it, but chances are you're either gonna just have to live with it, or it won't be that visible once you get overall bigger arms, which could take a while.
