Hi, How are you? I am a 22-year old male who eats in a healthy fashion (I also do not consume alcohol) and does a lot of aerobics exercises. Over the past few years, I have managed to lose a sufficient amount of weight through exercising and eating the right types and amounts of food.
However, my stomach has stored the remaining fat on my body, and it has been very difficult to slim down my stomach. Is there any way I can target this part of my body so I can get a slimmer stomach? Thank you in advance.
By the way, I have checked out several other threads, including the recent one about belly fat from alcohol consumption and the stickied How to get Abs guide. Such threads do not apply to me too well because I do not consume alcohol and I just want to have a slimmer stomach instead of actually having a well-defined midsection (at this point in time, at least). Thank you.
