Losing 2 inches of body fat from around the waist in a month. Simple answer to that one, it won't happen without surgery. There are plenty of quick fix vendors who will sell you one that claims to, none that will guarantee it with a financial compensation clause.
I will explain why then advise a more realistic approach that will work but not in a month, especially not for a 14 year old who should be carrying some body fat to fuel the pubescent growth spurts.
Two inches of body fat around an area the size of a torso is likely to be at least 5 pounds, likely closer to 10 of excess in this area alone. It is not possible to spot train fat, anyone claiming otherwise is lying to you, pure and simple. So the reality is that you will be burning other subcutaneous and internal fat stores at the same time, likely meaning over 20 pounds of fat los just to lose that 2 inches.
The average person needs around 1,750 calories per day, when averaging male and female needs. One pound of fat is 3,500 calories or 2 days of calories for the average person per pound of fat. Ignoring the starvation mode etc. that you would encounter meaning slowed fat loss if aiming for more than 2 pounds of loss a week (the maximum average any fully grown adult wanting maintainable loss should aim for) we can calculate that eating nothing and living a normal life for a month would result in 15 pounds of loss, still not enough to get you your aim.
Real world at your age you should aim for a maximum of 1 pound of loss a week, this will be a calorific deficit of 500 calories a day gained by increasing general activity and cutting down food intake in balance, not cutting out anything unless you regularly eat masses of fat or worse sugars (note sugars are carbs, but not all carbs are sugars, low carb diets are generally dangerous, extreme no carb diets have killed) do not cut out, just cut down.
Exercise will be a balance of high, mid and low intensity training, find stuff you enjoy and do it. Fat burning takes a long time, so enjoyment is key.
Big caveat. You are 14, still growing and developing. Puberty isn't a smooth growth trend it happens in spurts, if your body doesn't have fuel available it will delay growth and development, in the most extreme cases this can stunt growth or development permanently (these are extremely rare), Don't aim for a physique that is the domain of full grown adults if you want to avoid the prospect of damaging your development. Keep fit, eat well and accept that you need to keep some fat store for these spurts, and each spurt will burn some of it for you.
If you think I am just being a killjoy, consider I have been learning this to ensure being able to safely train my son and he hates the fact he won't be getting a pretty 6 pack until he's fully grown. I have read up on this very recently and much as he hates it he knows I am right and works with what I tell him.
