how to eat?

I dont know if im doing this right but heres pretty much what i eat

morning either cereal the kelloggs diet one with strawberries or sometimes egg whites

for lunch a salad with dresssing croutons...or a low fat yougurt

after lunch in the afternoon before dinner i get hungry and have bread with tuna and mayo just a bit of mayo...or peanutbutter and jelly...wth toast


and for dinner pasta and then some chicken or pork...i dont eat red meat anymore

after dinner i eat a south beach diet granola bar not chocolate though cause if i have chocolate it makes me give up my diet cause its soo good...thats my weakness so i always get vailla or raisens...

at night i eat fruit strawberries with light whip cream....or ill just have another sandwich and that would be around 8 or 9......i think its bad to eat that late right????

thats what i pretty much eat....i do have pasta like everyday since my hubby is italian but is that bad cause its bread and they say bread and pasta have alot of carbs......and i dont understand carbseither.....like how much is to much??...


id appreciate some advice.....thank you :)
 
check the stickied threads in the nutrtion forum - and you'll get some better ideas...

also I'd record everything you're eating in an online food journal like to track your nutrients and calories -my guess is your extremely low on fiber and protein...
