how should i

hi guys my name is robert and well i think this is my first post on fat loss see my goal for about year was mass now i just want to see my abs i'm 13 years old 5'2 and i'm about 120 lbs i know that is not that fat but c'mon is there anyting cooler then a 6 pack well my question is how should i workout and how should i eat please help thanks alot
 
at age 13 you should be eating clean foods, doing cardio, and body weight only exercises (pushups, situps, pullups, dips). Lifting weights at this age will likely cause problems with your bones and growth plates. wait until you're 16 to start lifting.

You can always tone with weights. Curls, Crunches, V-Sits that kind of stuff and i prefer those more. Thats what i used but it takes a lot longer than using weights.
