A few months ago I started hitting the gym to lose some weight and I've lost around 2 stone 4lbs since and put on a lot of muscle.

I'm currently 15 stone and 10lbs and I need to lose 3 stone to get down to 10% body fat

In a week I do 3 full body workouts, 3 interval workouts (on different days) and I've also started playing rugby twice a week. My problem is that I don't really know how to eat properly and I often wing it.

Any advice as to what diet I could try in order to burn more belly fat?

Hi jack,
There’s no such thing as diets that target belly fat, it’s not possible, you can just lose overall fat. I tend to favour the low sugar weight loss route. I’ve seen the best results with this.
