Hi everyone! I am a 5'9" 228 lb 20 year old guy. I have been on my diet for the last week and half. I have seen some losses, and have even been able to fight the urge to weigh myself everyday. I have been using an elliptical machine everyday for at least 30 minutes. How often should I work out? Is everyday workouts overdoing it? Or am I good to keep it up?
