I would call myself a beginner in relation to exercising.. I try to get to 2 boot camp sessions per week, which are 45 mins of working out. At this point, this is my primary exercise (other than daily chores to care for horses). Coming into summer, I would like to incorporate some swimming once or twice a week, depending on how hot it gets for boot camp (I am a wimp with the heat, and will swap a swim session for bootcamp if it's too hot).
I have access to a cross trainer, an oval for jogging, and plan on getting a boxing bag in the next month.. My aim is to be fit and healthy (and to lose weight!).. I'm not training to run a marathon
What would be a good workout outline? One of each? I like to be organized for my exercise or I wont fit it in!
