I'm 16 basicaly do nothing with my day and I think I'm like 220 lb and 6' So I'm wondoring how much I would loose every week. Eating normal. And saying basketball by myself 3-4 times a day for an hour at a time. And walk/jogging with my dog 3 times a day 20 min at a time. And sittups through out the day. Should i do more, i want to loose wieght as fast as possable, and please dont bother with health concerns cause i dont care. Oh and i will be taking Raspberry keytons, and hopefully a high quallity vitimin Pleas anyone help. I am new to The site and don't know how to do anything
