how much will this do for me

I'm 16 basicaly do nothing with my day and I think I'm like 220 lb and 6' So I'm wondoring how much I would loose every week. Eating normal. And saying basketball by myself 3-4 times a day for an hour at a time. And walk/jogging with my dog 3 times a day 20 min at a time. And sittups through out the day. Should i do more, i want to loose wieght as fast as possable, and please dont bother with health concerns cause i dont care. Oh and i will be taking Raspberry keytons, and hopefully a high quallity vitimin Pleas anyone help. I am new to The site and don't know how to do anything
 
If you don't want to 'bother' with health concerns and don't care about the health aspect of weight loss, then I am afraid this forum is not the right place for you. Around here, people are very much into healthy, sustainable weight loss, not unhealthy quick fixes.
