How much weight will i lose

Hi guys just asking you guys how much weight will i lose a week if i run 8 k's a day and do jiu jitsu twice a week? i just started getting back to the gym this week and am trying to lose about 10-15 kg's im 94 kgs atm i want to get to about 80-85 kgs.

When i go to the gym ill do 8k's of running ill have about a 1 min walk break for every 2 k's i run, i do about 9k's on a bicycle and will do a different weight group each day (chest, biceps, etc.)

So yeh any help on how quick you recon i can lose the weight or any advice for losing it quickest would be appreciated, i stopped drinking soft drink/beer and i have subway for lunch or lettuce/egg sandwiches etc.

One pound is 3500 calories. To lose 2 pounds per week (the maximum recommended amount), you have to eat 1000 calories less than you use every single day. I would count everything you're eating, and use an online calculator to tell you how much you burn from exercise.

Its what you eat/don't eat that matters with weight loss, exercise helps but it only takes the edge off, it wont lose you loads of weight unless you incorporate your food intake into the equation.

Work out how much you need to eat to maintain your body weight each day, then cut it by around 25%. You should see a good weight loss from that. Takes alot of work (reducing food intake) for most of us, but if you really focus on it and take it seriously you will lose weight. Don't give up the exercise, it is important to stay healthy and well, but don't do it thinking it will have you drop loads of weight, it wont.
 
Weight lose is depend upon your weight, body,fats,and height.Actually as per your height and weight you can lose your weight.
 
It is difficult to say how much wait you will lose but surely you will see changes in your body so once go for it you will find changes yourslef. No one can guess how much weight you will lose it depends upon how much you will work in gym.
 
Yeah!i also heard that half hours of sex helps to burn 200 calories.actually popularly called as sex diet.
