Hi guys just asking you guys how much weight will i lose a week if i run 8 k's a day and do jiu jitsu twice a week? i just started getting back to the gym this week and am trying to lose about 10-15 kg's im 94 kgs atm i want to get to about 80-85 kgs.
When i go to the gym ill do 8k's of running ill have about a 1 min walk break for every 2 k's i run, i do about 9k's on a bicycle and will do a different weight group each day (chest, biceps, etc.)
So yeh any help on how quick you recon i can lose the weight or any advice for losing it quickest would be appreciated, i stopped drinking soft drink/beer and i have subway for lunch or lettuce/egg sandwiches etc.
