How much weight should I lose?

I am a 19 year old female, 5 foot 6 inches, measurements: 36-24-40, and 170 lbs. I was always very athletic, but then I stopped working out because I work 9 0hours a weeks. I have a very muscular build under my flabs hahaha. I was just wondering how much weight I should lose to be healthy again. What do you think? Here are some pictures:

Hi Marie Ann, at 24 inches, your waist is small. I would love to have a 24 waist lol. You said you have a muscular build and actually BMI doesn't mean much for people with muscular builds or I would suggest getting to the "healthy" BMI range. So I would just say, lose enough weight to where you feel awesome about how you look :) Set small goals and when you reach the goal, if you're still not quite there, set a new small goal.
 
AYou DO NOT look 170lbs. Youre tiny! I agree with them ^^^
lose to where YOU feel happy with yourself and the way you look.
You need to feel comfortable in your own body.
