How much weight do you loose on a home trampoline?

Hello. I'm 15 years old and I need to loose lot of weight for a competition. I weigh around 182 pounds and its mostly muscle. I need to loose a lot of weight fast in 4 months. If I don't snack and only eat my 3 meals a day. Breakfest, lunch and dinner. And a bit of fruit and veg as a snack. I spend around 1-3 hours on a trampoline a day then exercise with weights and do body exercises such as press ups and sit ups and much more. Will I lose a lot of weight?
 
If you attempt to loose to fast you will loose muscle which is not what you want.

How much fat do you have ? Bodyfat %

how much weight do you need to loose ? are you trying to make weight for a sport with weight divisions ?

at 15 it is not healthy to be trying for big weight cuts, and usually not worth it unless national championship or above.

A trampoline will burn minimal calories for someone who is already fit.
 
My body fat ratio is not that good but I can't make a exact amount. I am going into a local champion ship for my area. I need to lose enough fat so my abs show because from experience when my abs show I feel at my peak that's how I know I can perform at my best. I can't see my abs and have some excess fat. I'm not really that fit if you put it in to perspective with my colleagues who are very fit. If I stick to 3 meals a day and no snacking with at least a 2 hour session on a home trampoline how many pounds do you think I will loose a week?

I want to atleast get a 19% fat ratio

at 19% you will still not see your abs, abs begin to show at around 10% and will look better defined at around 8% however abs are not a good guide for sports performance.

cutting out the snacking will help but the composition of your meals is most important, above and beyond any exercise you are doing.

I am around 5'10 and my calculated body fat percentage is around 25%
Very bad I know. I gained a lot during my break. I do semi-professional
student trampolining. I train everyday at home and once at the club centre where
I perform.

I train on the home trampoline for about two hours.
I train for three hours at the centre on a Saturday.
We do all around exercise like abs legs forearms and
a few more.

I weigh 182 pounds. I don't know how I am able to do a flip with this kinda fat.

My usual meals are
for breakfast normal cereal like oatmeal or some corn flakes with no sugar.
For lunch a roll or a small burger. Or a chicken rap. Not very pro stuff. I take no supplements obviously.
For dinner some meat or a chicken rap on some days a roast.
Mostly a normal family meal.

I only drink water and milk
