Hello. I'm 15 years old and I need to loose lot of weight for a competition. I weigh around 182 pounds and its mostly muscle. I need to loose a lot of weight fast in 4 months. If I don't snack and only eat my 3 meals a day. Breakfest, lunch and dinner. And a bit of fruit and veg as a snack. I spend around 1-3 hours on a trampoline a day then exercise with weights and do body exercises such as press ups and sit ups and much more. Will I lose a lot of weight?
