How much water should you drink a day?

I found this site on water intake today, this info may surprise you on how much you should actually drink every day.

I try to drink about 2 liters a day (the widely known 'doctor reccomended' 8 8 ounce glasses of water), but usually go way higher...

i bring 2 nalgenes to school every day they come home empty every day then i usually go back and forth from computer to sink to bathroom to computer, just refilling it, ends up some where near 10 to 15+ liters aday.
 
I drank a bottle(16.9 oz) at 1:00pm...and still feel full right now...there is no way I can drink 16.9 oz every two hours.
 
most water ive had was like 2 liters in 1 minute friends were all saying chug chug chug

felt so sick after words and had to piss like a race horse after
 
1-2 gallons a day is the range you should shoot for. whats that your say? 2 gallons is too much, it could hurt you. well this is not true it's more around 3-4 gallons that will cause serious problems, and get you hospitalized. so drink up
 
Hey, water is good. I don't really like it, but I drink it. When I started drinking 6 cups a day about a month ago, my dry hands became smooth!

Fas, if you feel full, don't force yourself. Most of us can drink 1-2 gallons, but we didn't start out that way, we had to work up to it.
 
I drink 4-5 liters water a day (no more than 900 ml/h) in condition of 5 trainings a week and not enough yet.
