I always don't know how to stop.I always got crazy about the food. It looks like not I am eating the food, the food just control me..:(

I have been trying to losing weight for one week, the result seems good:rolleyes: , until tonight .....when... I have a little crazy evil whisper on my shoulder, eat something, eat other thing....

Tonight, I did not eat anything, until half hour ago...
I just have finished:
1.two Dannon activia yogurt...
2.one can of salted peanut
3.one bag of Olio, with 2 glass of milk
4.one whole chinese fired chicken
5.three white castle

I already feel disgusting since I ate too much, but I just could not stop myself.

I feel so guilty!

I have lost 3 pound last week, hoping tonight does not bring my weight back too much...
:(

Any way, how much you can eat when you are out of mind?

oxox, I have been there a countless number of times. Yet we do it and regret, then repeat the process. If you were going to be down 3 lbs. tomorrow but your only down 1 lb. That would mean you would have eaten 7,000 extra calories tonight. I doubt you ate that much. So we really can't do that much damage by going crazy one time. I think if we blow it one day we avoid the scale then before your know it you have not been on the scale for weeks so you have no idea what your weight is.

Sorry.

I had a day like that a few days ago. I was surprised that I didn't gain as much as I thought I would. Just shake it off and purpose to have a good day today!! We all start over every day.
I need to plan for evenings because I mess up then. I'm new here and I'm getting some good ideas from reading the posts of other people who have the same struggles.
Be Well!!

oxox- the best thing you can do for mind is to shake it off and maybe before you binge, get on here and write for a while and maybe it will prevent the problem. It really does more damage to your head then it does to your body. Honestly I think that all of us who do this binging which by the way is an actually disease (binge eating disorder) need help. I started therapy for it but then got pregnant so life was put on hold. I haven't had it as bad as I used to thankfully...

Try to put it behind you. One meal , even a large one , won't wreck a weeks worth of discipline.
