How Much Time?

I'm in avg shape, but I just want to get some definition on my upper body.

Specifically, what machines/exercises should I be doing, reps, sets, etc...??? How many days a week? And how much time each day should I do it?

Is there any part of it that I can do in my free time at home?

I hear people saying eat mostly only protein and complex carbs...could someone give examples of meals that are acceptable?

Any supplements I should take that don't cost an arm and a leg that I could get at GNC?

Most of this has been spurred by the fact that I can do hundreds of situps at once, but hardly any pushups...that, and I want to increase how much weight I can bench. I want to double what I can bench so that I can bench my own weight which is about 230. I'm 6 feet tall and 21.

well, sounds like u have a bit of extra weight, so i would start off with a good running routine, workout yourself up to about 6 hours a week. As for supplements, they are a bit of a waist if you aren't serious enough. I would work out for a couple months w/out any supplements ... if you are still working out seriously than take a look around the forum as there are 100's of posts in regards to supplements.
