HOw much should i eat cause i feel i dont have to

How much should i eat cause i feel i can start eating a little looser now that im 154 pounds and im 5'4 by the way. Im still overweight since my BMI is 25.9 but i can lose that weight right away if i keep on with my strict diet.

I usually eat corn flakes for breakfast with a little 2 percent milk, a fruit for lunch, and a wheat bread sandwich of tuna without mayonnaise. I usually ate that daily and lost weight right away.

I went from 189 to 154 in about 2 months. I still wanna try to get down to 140 pounds and just stay in the range of 140-150 so i can start eating normally again. Right now im 154, and im wondering should i keep doing my strict diet or should i try eating more food?
 
Starving yourself is only going to get you so far. The end result is you:

1.) Lose a lot of muscle
2.) Send your metabolism into a slumber
3.) Feel like ****

If you eat nutritiously at the right quantity at the right time, you experience the exact opposite of what I listed above.

Do more research. Read around here and on other fitness sites.
