After going from a long, intensive and very successful cutting phase, what would be the recommended increased calorie intake over maintanance; and how many KG is recommended per one month in order to gain good results in muscle growth and minimise gain of fat as much as possible.
Hard lifting, proper diet with lots of protein are assumed, of course.
I know there has been much debate about this, because most people prefer gaining more then 5kg a month and then cutting the fat when reaching certain weight, but I also heard that gaining everything up to 1-1.5kg while making fat gain really minimal is a very good result.
Which kind of tells me that I shouldn't go with more than 500kcal over maintanance, and be very disciplined and patient, because I really don't want to gain hard-lost fat (My body has a pretty funny habit of throwing first excess fat to most annoying area
I'm now around 10%bf with 80kg of weight, and I'd like to bulk up for about 5-6kg in a couple of months..
What's your opinion?
