How Much Is too Much?

Running everyday is fine, possibly one day a week to rest might be a good idea, but there isnt too much concern with running everyday, it's definately a great way to get fit and get fit quickly.
Depending on your shoes and running surface, even your running style, running a lot can cause some people shin splints and other problems, but it depends on the individual and the conditions.

Yep, you can run every day. I would give yourself a day or two to recover on sprinting intervals if you ever consider those.
