I have been bulking since the 22nd of november, (I think that would be about 10 weeks) and I have gained about 9.5 pounds. I was just wondering if this was too quick of a bulk. My surplus is about a 500 increase. Just want some thoughts on the topic. Everything (meaning my lifts) have increased, and it doesnt seem like im getting fat, although my abs are diminishing (which i dont care about at the moment). I have a clean diet, rarely cheat, and keep it constant.
