How much is to much

OK I just have a question about how many days I should be looking to work out...

I have a bad heart, I don't plan to lift any free weights but I would like to loose some weight and get myself in a better overall health condition...

I plan to do the following...

Sunday, mon, wed, fri: Cardio (treadmill, eliptical, and bike) about an hour per day total

Tuesday, Thursday: resistance lifting (mainly arms and legs, no free weights)

Saturday off...

anyone see any problems with this routine? should I have more then 1 day off a week?

I wont be doing more then an hour a day... M-F I will be doing this after work about 6pm and sunday prolly about noonish (whether that matters or not)

THX again for reading this.

You need to talk to your doctor/cardiologist about what type of physical activity is ok for you and your 'not average' heart.

He always tells me walking is great for me.. I don't see him but once every 2 years.. and he is about 4 hours away.. I feel real good after the last 2 days of working out.. I know my limits and I know when I need to back down.. at 30 years old I have learned what I can and can not do.. I just want to make sure that I don't over do it as far as workouts go.. I know my workout is not nearly as intense as a normal person does.. I watched a few people yesterday my workout is about 1/2 what anyone else was doing.. but for me it is still a great workout..
