Okay so my ground beef started out 86% lean then I cooked it for chili and drained it in a strainer for a while. So how much fat does it have now?
This is the only mean in the chili but I am trying to figure out if it is healthy (low fat and calerie) or not. If it is bad I wouldn't eat it daily but if it is I will cause it is yummy.
Anyway I guess my question is if meat is drained is that low fat?
