I'm currently doing 1/3 of a tub each night (59 cals) as supper (along with milk), yet this really doesn't seem like a meal of its own. how much does everyone else eat?
should I eat mroe than this so that it's more of a meal rather than a snack because I heard all meals are supposed to be the same size?
