How much carbs are in this?

Two sandwiches (the bread is oval shaped), and two slices of whole wheat toasted bread. Is this too much for one day? Sorry if I come off as a total noob :eek:
 
no, but bread isn't really a great carb. WHole grain breads with 3-4g of fiber are teh best kind of bread, but you'd be best off limiting yourself on breads and any other processed grains.
brown rice is probably the best 'general complex carb' that you should have at 1-3 meals a day. You can add any veggie and any meat/protein to add variety. cooked rice keeps for about 5 days in the fridge, so make several cups at a time. A $20 rice steamer is your friend.
 
yeah the bread wont kill you but i'd limit it as much as possible. maybe stick to 2 slices of whole wheat bread per day if you're gonna have it daily.
