no, but bread isn't really a great carb. WHole grain breads with 3-4g of fiber are teh best kind of bread, but you'd be best off limiting yourself on breads and any other processed grains.
brown rice is probably the best 'general complex carb' that you should have at 1-3 meals a day. You can add any veggie and any meat/protein to add variety. cooked rice keeps for about 5 days in the fridge, so make several cups at a time. A $20 rice steamer is your friend.
