How much can you bench?

Hey there just wondering how much you all bench, I recently found out I can do 5 reps one 200 lbs, didn't try anything above that so I dunno if I can do better. That was cool though, I never work out and have the worst diet you could possibly imagine, that and I only weigh 125, so I was happy. =} Of course my friend has to rub it in by putting the machine to the bottom and pushing it out once. I think it was something like 360 lbs. He could only do it once, but I couldn't move it.

Anyways, what can ya'll do? Time to brag!
 
If your benching on a machine its not the same as using freeweights because the machine keeps your balance and all you have to do is use your strength to push and not worry about having to deal with balance and all that type of things.Also i belive theres another open thread about how much your able to bench flying around somewhere in here.
