Hi all. I've just finished my 3rd day of my journey to a new body. I just wanted to get info on the estimated amount of weight I'll lose per month.
First is food. Breakfast is Porridge oats (Water). Lunch and dinner is Brown rice, chicken breast (no oil, George grill), an egg mixed into the rice, some broccoli and a little bit of chilli powder for flavouring. This equals 962 cals.
Workout is a min of an hour and a half a day, seven days a week. 20 - 30 mins of gym bike and 1 hour of power walking on treadmill. According to the stats I burn about 1000 cal. This is disregarding the mile walk to the gym and a mile back.
I weigh roughly 140kg, I'm 6'1 and 26 years old.
I'd like to lose a Stone a month. Is that doable or am I being stupid.
