This is only week 2 of my "journey" and so far I think I have done pretty well but I am stuck on one thing. How many calories to eat a day to lose weight? This is something I haven't been sure about. I currently weigh 283 pounds, so, how many calories would I need per day to lose weight healthy? I have been eating around 1600 but I don't know if that's a good number. I don't have a clue if that's too much or too little. Help, please, lol. & thanks in advance!
