Dear all,
I am new here and so excited to share my breakthrough and first results from changing my exercise routine.
I have been doing endless hours of cardio for YEARS and not losing ANY pound, so I shed of my fears of getting bulk and started a weight lifting routine in August 2016.
Women, this is amazing! Not only I divided by exercise time by 2 in the week (3*35 to 40 minutes by week max) but I have seen the best results I have never had on my body EVER!
The muscle develop to the detriment of fat and are soooo more compact so I actually am smaller (did not change way of eating!) and ... toned! My dream!
I am not the sexiest woman on the planet (yet, lol) but everyday I feel so confident wearing any clothes because my arms are toned (even if not skinny as a model), my legs are toned, no more flabby/cheesy and my core/abs are so put together without holding my belly.
It is strong, hard muscles instead of pudding texture Hahaha!
I am curious: who have hought about doing it, and what are the fears holding you back?
What else have you tried (for exercising)? What worked? For how long?
