How many months before I reduce weight?

I've been exercising everyday and it is already 1 month, but I'm still not reducing weight. Should I continue or wait until next month?

Depends on a lot of variables.

If you're already very lean and trying to get those last few percent, then you should probably keep going or step things up a bit.

If you have plenty to lose you should re-examine your exercise/diet, doesn't take a month to see results, a week maybe two

This depends on so much! your initial weight, your height, your age, smoke/drink, how you're dieting, how you're exercising, etc.

I would say that you continue with the execise and try to have food that contain high amount of Proteins and Fiber, and has vitamin C And D

Well aside from doing exercise, you should also monitor/track what you eat. You must know that to lose weight, you must use/burn more calories than you eat or you can increase the exercise routine you have. Try to get as much sleep as possible and don't skip meals.

A good nights sleep is one thing, but "as much sleep as possible" isn't advisable (burn less energy while you sleep).

Weight losing not an easy task it's time consuming but not impossible.

Diet and exercise both will help you in this matter. So just maintain these two things.

Well it always depends on you on how you come up with your exercise and diet.If you have a regular exercise and workouts you will lose weight, even in a month you will have an improvement.

It depends on your determination and motivation. If you take daily exercise and limit your calories in take, there is a possibility that you can lose at least 15 lbs in 2 months.

You can have guaranteed weight loss if you're willing to monitor what you eat and find out how much you burn each day.

But first off, why do you want to lose weight in the first place?

If you're trying to lose fat and get in shape then what you want is probably fat loss.

Go on with your exercise and for next month. The result of weight loss is not easily reflecting on the scale maybe you need to add a balance diet and more motivation in your to-do list.

your diet plays an important role dear. If you eat low caloric cereals, then it will be good for you. They contain low calories and big proportion off insoluble fibers, which helps our body to lose weight and burn fats rapidly. It also kills your hunger along with reducing your desire to take calories.

in addition to that, you should know about the food that will help you to reduce weight and you should also consult a doctor about the foods to be avoided for weight loss. Foods that you need to avoid to stay healthy along with losing weight are cheese, chocolates and candies, wheat product, sugar and sweeteners (artificial or natural), dairy products, fast foods, and alcoholic beverages.
