Okay so I want to lose 20 pounds. How far would i have to Jog/walk each day to start loosing weight. I am not going to eat much anymore, maybe couple things here and there. How far should i jog/walk?
I do 5 miles per night. This equates to roughly 3500 calories per week which roughly equals 1lb. That coupled with a significant calorie intake reduction saw me lose 29lbs in a little over 2 months.
Don't cut your calories too much. Your best bet is a combination of reasonable exercise and reasonable calorie reduction. Be patient and it will happen if you use common sense.
