So, I know that it's different for everyone, but I'm looking for a general average. How many inches did you lose per month, and also if you're an hourglass figure, which I more or less seem to be, where did you lose weight from first? I really just want to flatten my stomach, and get my hips and waist slimmed down. I have started working out at my college wellness center. My plan is to do lower body and core on Mon. Wed. Fri. and Cardio and upper body on Tues. Thurs. and Sat. with Sunday being my rest day where I will just do some light walking. I'm also 166 pounds right now at 5'3" so I was just wondering if any of you could tell me how many inches you lost, your body type, and where you noticed the change first.
