Sport How many carbs are we allowed?

What is the average amount of carbohydrate that someone performing 1 hour weights, 45 mins cardio per day should be taking in?

just did one of those online planner things and it says i had 334g, and that sounds a lot to me.

You are trying to fat loss and lean muscle gain right?

If so then try to work on the scale this

40% Protein
20% Fat
40% Carbs

That is the basica formula.

I would recommend downloading Crosstrainer (free for 30 days) and keep track of everything. It tells you how many grams of what you get a day. I really do think the key is writing it down.
