How many calories should I be trying to lose at the Gym a day?

Right now Im going to the gym 5-6 days a week ill hit the tredmill first going at about 4mph for 60-75 min. Ill then work on weights. I started working out on Dec 12th my Goal is to lose 35 pounds by June and then wowork on adding 8-12 pounds of muscle over the next 6 months.

Heres my daily eating routine.

Breakfast-Myoplex shake

2hrs later-Chickenbreast in a salad vinegear

2hrs later-Some fruit

2 hrs later-Myoplex shake

Dinner-Some form of meat..Steak,Chicken or Fish steamed veggies.


I think im only losing around 400 calories when I go to the Gym...Is that enough or should I be trying to lose like twice that?
 
Depends how many calories you need in a day and how many you're consuming through your diet. Can't help you much further unless we know these things.
