Sport How many calories should I be eating?

I have been on a diet for awhile off and on, but I'm ready to re-dedicate myself. The reason I say re-dedicate is because I've lost 60 pounds in about a 9-10 month span of dieting/work-out, and have been loafing around for 6 months while finishing up college. I've only gained back about 2lbs but I want to lose another 60lbs.

BMR
Total: 3147
Basal: 2170 69%
Lifestyle: 977 31% (not counting elliptical training since I dont know . how much that burns.)

This is what I get from most BMR estimates. If my main goal is to lose weight, how many calories should I be taking in? I do about 45-60mins of elliptical training 5 days a week. I track all my intake on Fitday.com, but I want to make sure to eat better, and eat the right amount to maximize my weightloss.

I don't know the answers to your questions. Sorry.

But, congrats on the awesome weight loss, and only gaining 2 lbs back over 6 months of "slacking" is pretty awesome, you must be on the right track. Keep it up!
