How many calories per cardio session...

My maintainance is about 3000kcal. I take in about 2500kcal daily...
My goal is of course, cutting. Once achieved, I will begin to bulk, but I'm a couple of months away from it now...
I'm also lifting, trying to maintain as much muscle as possible..
I have to lose maybe 5lbs, no more...
So, I make a deficit around 500kcal daily by dieting and how many would you recommend to be burned by cardio...? Is 300-400 enough? is 600 too much?
Daily? every 2 days?
What do you recommend?

Even if someone could come up with a number of cals it would be impossible to calculate how to actually stick to it.

1 - you burn off calroies after your workout when your muscles heal, and there is no way you could work out how many.

2 - you cant workout how many calories you burn in a workout. machines give you a rough idea but sometimes they are not even close.

3 - you shouldnt be working out to an amount of calories, You should workout till your exhausted. If you did try to workout how many cals to burn, you'd spend ages over or under training.
