How many calories are acceptable?

I do my workout in splits (upper/lower body) and do some HIIT at the end of each workout. At least for this summer, I workout in the mornings so I need a fairly large meal to get me started.

I'm wondering what the allowable amount of calories for the given situation. I usually end up consuming about 600-700 calories for breakfast.

I'm not too sure how many calories I consume for lunch and dinner, but I eat pretty clean.
 
AS many as it takes to do what ever you want to do wether its gain mass or lose it.
And it doesn't really matter how you divide those calories though people are you going to tell you to split it up in 4-5 meals it doesn't really matter.

Personally, my body is still used to eating 1-2 meals ever since I came back from Spain and I had a 1200 calorie breakfast this morning...
