how long should my daily workout be approx

okay I know alot of you guys have never used the bowflex so it makes it kinda tuff for you guys to relate to me. my question is how long should I be working out? mine range from 30-45 min. per work out. I feel like my muscles are well fatigued after im done I just wanted to know how long u guys work out for. also how many excersises do you guys do per workout
 
i go roughly 45 minutes and anywhere from 3-6 exercises per workout. i found that those 2 hour sessions those big guys do with 10-15 exercises just buried me. wasnt necessary to see results. :)
 
I'm always tweaking my workout, but basically 4-5 exercises for a total of 45min aprox. If I add "cardio" it goes up to about 1 hr 15 min... ish.
 
45-60 mins should be enough for a great workout. 200+ pound bodybuilders have been at it for years, and require longer workouts to keep their muscles stimulated and growing.
 
usually I just do deadlift,leg extensions, squats, and abs on leg day. does that seem like it would be enough. to see gains? I haven't realy seen alot of gains in my legs but I guess that has to do with me being a typical male that just cares about arms, back and chest.
 
How many reps/sets in your leg routine? break it down for me.
I personally try to go a few more reps on legs. I figure they are constantly in use when walking, standing, etc...and thus benefit from more reps than, say, chest. We're only talking 3-4 more reps per set.
 
so how many sets do you do on leg days then? I usually just do 2-3 sets however my legs are probably my most pathetic body part. so you say more sets for legs then? I do have a tendincy to kinda rush my leg days.
