I've lost 50 lbs give or take over the last 5 years. I have spent alot of time toning my body with weights and stretching it and toning it with yoga and working on my abs to tighten up what will tighten. Been trying to pay attention to my diet although I'm not always as good as I should be. Here is my question. I have recieved comments on how I look quite a bit lighter than I am and things are looking good. Although I feel tighter and slimmer when I look in the mirror I still see everything rolly and droopy. At what point do you see what other's see?
