How long could I go....

How long could I go without working out without losing present muscle. (I know people who could lift X amount of weight, and then after not working out for 2 weeks they cant lift as much).

How long should I wait before this starts to happen?

Cause do to a concert I haven't worked out in 4 days (well today I just got lazy but w/e)?
 
Depends on the person. If I stop lifting for 2 weeks I can lose as much as 5 pounds due to my fast metabolism and probably the fact that the lack of exercise subtly makes me eat less.

Usually in 2 weeks you may lose 3-5% of your strength. I would not give myself more than 2 weeks off at a time.

Well very funny you say that cause I cant seem to do jack now, I couldn't finish my workout today, and I got a little discouraged, but that aint gonna stop me.
