Hello, exactly 19 days ago i decided to finally get myself in shape. when i started i weighed 193, and now i weigh 184, which is roughly 3 pounds per week.
my goal is to get to 160 by the beginning of june. i am 22 years old and male.
i am a vegetarian, i eat alot of vegies, fruits, whole grains, etc. I try to avoid fat, and I go out drinking about once a week
i work out 4-6 times a week and do mostly cardio with lifting thrown in there about 2-3 times a week. this is a pretty intense workout, lasts about an hour and i am working very hard during
i have 2 questions:
Is 160 the healthy weight for someone of my gender and age, keep in mind that I have little muscle, a few years ago I check my body fat % and it was roughly 33% and it probably hasn’t changed much since then(before I started this regimen that is)? what is a healthy body fat %?
When will my weight loss slow down. I am very concerned about this. I found lots of posts talking about this but they were form people trying to lose 70+ pounds, not 33 like me so I would imagine the rules are different. If I keep my diet and exercise going, could I reach my goal of 160 lb by june 1?
