Hey, I am going to go on the Brad Pitt Fight Club workout and diet, and I have some questions about the diet, which can be found here:
I am concerned with how much of everything to consume, particularly the veggies.
Can anyone tell me how good of a diet this looks to be? Also is the workout up to par?
I am a 21 year old guy, and I am trying to work some fat off and tone up. I am not trying to get super strong.
