I'd just like to check that what my partner and I are eating while on our diet is the right foods and the right amounts. we will be going to the gym 4-5 days a week.

Im 210 pounds, 21 yr old male.

Breakfast: 3 Pieces of fruit + 3 rice cakes.

Lunch: Lavash (very thin wrap bread) wrap, with either chicken or sliced ham, cheese, lettuce and carrot. with a little bit of light ranch sauce.

Dinner: 1 Weight watchers meal. or healthy meal such as a stir fry, veggies.

Snacks: not very often, but yoghurt, fruit, small handfull of peanuts.

her 185 pounds, 19 yr old female.

Breakfast: 1-2 pieces fruit, 1 small tub of yoghurt

Lunch: bread roll, with sliced chicken meat. No butter.

Dinner: 1 weight watchers meal. or healthy meal, stir fry, veggiesetc.

Snacks: yoghurt, small handful of pretzels

This is what we try to eat every day, we only eat other foods if we eat dinner somewhere other than home, such as parents place.

Would out calories be close to what we should be having?

Any other food suggestions would be great!

Hi,
Really intresting subject.

First of all I would like to ask if you are eating white bread or dark?

You can skip the yoghurt and eat for example sour milk, it doesn't contain so much sugar as the yoghurt.

Chicken is really healthy by the way. The belly may process chicken easier then other meat. When you don't eat chicken i suggest you eat some kind of fish, salmon is my advise. It contains the right fat, the one that is healthy.
I'm not an expert, but I've been struggling with my diet for a long time.

Hope everythin works out great for you.
Best regards Margret
