How is my fitness plan?

Hey, I have worked out a fitness plan which I would like to try, and I want to know what you think about it. So, this is pretty much it...

(I have worked out that I need 2102 Calories/day.)
Breakfast: bowl of wheat bix, piece of fruit, and a few glasses of water.

Snack: Muesli bar, some water and a protein shake.
(Then after this snack I will start my workout.)

Firstly, 40 minutes of upper body workout.
Then, 40 minutes of lower body workout.
Then a 15/20 minute swim.

Lunch: Pasta with chicken or meat, Muesli bar, water.

Then, later on in the afternoon: 30 minutes of Soccer or football, Muesli bar and water.

Then for dinner, Meat and vegetables.

I plan to do this 6 times a week.

What do you think?

No idea what Wheat bix is, but it sounds like it has a lot of sugar in it, any chance you could change that to oatmeal?
Also, you should really start eating protein at breakfast (protein shake/egg whites)

Ditto for all the muesli bars..start eating some high quality products instead of all that processed junk! Rice Chicken Vegetables etc. read the stickies

Try to eat every 3 hours at least to keep your metabolism going, and a muesli bar is not a meal!

15-30 minutes before bedtime eat some protein, this is very important.

You workout too long, stick to 60 minutes.
If possible try not to do cardio on lifting days, separating them gives better results.

And with all that working out I really doubt that your caloric needs are so low

If by wheat bix you mean , those are actually a real good whole grain cereal that originated in the UK. Very little sugar, and a good choice.

I don't know what your museli bar has in it, but if it has the usual stuff museli contains, I think that's an okay choice too. Numberous grains, some of which are whole, nuts and fruit. So add a bit of protein and you actually DO have a small meal.

I agree, don't work out too long, just hit it hard and fast. My belief is that you can do cardio on lifting days, but from what you describe you're doing quite a bit. Be careful or you'll head straight into overtraining. You planning this exercise routine every day?

Prob do this5/6 times a week, what if i changed the muesli bar to some protein bars or something and also fruit

As long as you make sure you get enough rest you should be fine.

And...muesli/protein bars are glorified candy bars except when you make them yourself
