How in the world is my diet going so amazingly well... =o??

well okay i believe somehow i have 'super boosted' my metabolism somehow but how?
well on june 8th i started taking green tea 1 time per meal (3x), and throughout the day iv been snacking on bananas and fat free yogurt when ever i feel a little bit hungry to keep my metabolism up. but somehow iv been loosing about 2 pounds a day since june 8th, which i dont understand because lol this week iv been pretty sedentary (accept the occational situp).
Hey i dont know if thats really bad, but for the most part im eating pretty well, and i feel like saticfied all day and feel like a million bucks!

*Edit i havent really changed much, i started loosing the huge sums of weight when i started taking green tea. =\?

My Diet From This week (for the most part):
Breakfast: Green tea (500mg *Matcha in water), multivitamin, and possibly a fruit.

Lunch: Green tea (500mg Matcha), Cold cut sandwich on white bread

Dinner: Green tea (500mg Matcha), and lol this week i had "bad stuff" -not great for you lol

and for snacks again i had fruit and fat free yogurt

*Matcha is the whole tea leaf which has been powdered

how many calories a day are you getting? 2lbs a day loss is A LOT... 2 lbs a week at your current weight would be a lot...

You seem to be very light on vital nutrients as well...

Do you expect to be able to stay withthis eating plan for the rest of your life?

how many calories? well one day i had a chipotle bourito =P, and yesterday i had 2 big slices of pizza for dinner,

Are you going to the toilet a lot ? As this may be waterloss? And green tea is also a diuretic which will make you want to go and go and go.
 
By my eyeball of your graph, you've lost 2.5 pounds in 5 days. So hardly 2 pounds a day.

I agree with everyone who's said water weight.
 
I just don't understand why people would want to deprive them self of food, and most likely gain the weight they loose right back vs. eating food, plenty of it- loosing at a moderate pace and keeping the weight off. :banghead:
 
If you are loosing 2lb a day I'd seriosly wath the colour of my wee. If it's a light colour then I'd be fine but if it's a constant darker colour then I'd be wanting to replace some fluids as I would be de-hydrated.

what no im eating all day, im literally like NEVER hungry, if i get hungry i go eat something like fruit or yogurt, lol that list i made isnt all i eat a day its like the basis of some days. Plus i really do think now that huge drop was water-weight, because thats really like not possible to loose that much fat haha
 
Breathe guys, it ends up just about 2.something pounds a week. There's always a lot of sway in my day to day weigh-ins, probably it's the same here.

(Looking around for Steve to come in and tell every to read the scale mentality...which you should) ;)

ya i thought it was odd, because i was getting oh 1700ish but on a few days i probably had like 2700 calories (chipotle 1 day, and pizza a few other days -uhgg) so ya i dont understand, by now i think it might have been water weight? but still me now as of today i tried something, i ate lunch, filled up with water and kept my clothes on and i was only 137.5 LB. so im not sure?

oh also now in my diet im including dark dark spring mix (salad sorta), and a good multivitamin. :hurray::confused:
