well okay i believe somehow i have 'super boosted' my metabolism somehow but how?
well on june 8th i started taking green tea 1 time per meal (3x), and throughout the day iv been snacking on bananas and fat free yogurt when ever i feel a little bit hungry to keep my metabolism up. but somehow iv been loosing about 2 pounds a day since june 8th, which i dont understand because lol this week iv been pretty sedentary (accept the occational situp).
Hey i dont know if thats really bad, but for the most part im eating pretty well, and i feel like saticfied all day and feel like a million bucks!
*Edit i havent really changed much, i started loosing the huge sums of weight when i started taking green tea. =\?
My Diet From This week (for the most part):
Breakfast: Green tea (500mg *Matcha in water), multivitamin, and possibly a fruit.
Lunch: Green tea (500mg Matcha), Cold cut sandwich on white bread
Dinner: Green tea (500mg Matcha), and lol this week i had "bad stuff" -not great for you lol
and for snacks again i had fruit and fat free yogurt
*Matcha is the whole tea leaf which has been powdered
