I weigh 165 and currently rep 150 in four sets of 4-5 reps. This has become my plateau and I'm trying to break it. After doing the four sets of 150, I do 5 more sets of descending weight (145, 140, 135, 130, 125) to make sure that I cover my pecs as best as I can.
I also focus on my triceps, but I only do weighted tricep dips, so I'm not sure whether I should be adding more variety to my tricep workouts.
And back to the main point, I've never really focused on my shoulders until yesterday, when I started doing the barbell military press and lateral raises.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me whether I'm on the right track in focusing on the shoulders or whether there's something else I should be doing?
