Last year I had a serious injury that kept me away from activity for about 3 months. Unfortunately, that led to a fair bit of weight gain (about 15 pounds! yikes) That was a wake-up call and I knew that I had to do something to get my old body back. A friend recommended this online workout program called Make Your Body Work. I liked the concept because it allowed me to ease back into exercise from my home.
Anyway, it was great! At first I did all the easiest exercises but now I'm doing some of the hardest versions in each workout! If you're looking for some accountability and some guidance in your workouts then I'd recommend it.
