Hello Everyone,
My name is Maria...Im new in this forum....I wanted to speak to everyone about my journey in my weight loss...My how to's what I did...etc...
I had a baby girl January 28th ,2008...and boy oh boy did she put alot of weight on me..I was **before having Ramaya** 150-155lbs...after having her...I was 222lbs...WOW!!!!!! and after a month or so...I was STUCK between 193-194 lbs for a longggg time...Nothing I did or took...helped me by no means...
I had recieved a call from a friend that knew of my weight loss struggle...He guarenteed I can loose 10lbs in 10 days...Although him being a friend..I was like anybody else....Skeptical...I said..ahhh what the heck...I bought the cleanse..and did it for 10 days straight...following the menu that came with it...
I was amazed by the product....my friend asked if I would document my weight lost...on my first...fourth ...seventh..and tenth day..and I did...I documented myself..weighing in....showing the world that my weight was FINANNLY FALLING OFF..and I wanted people to see this was real!!!

If anyone out there is struggling with weight loss...don't know where to start...or already started but still struggling...
Let me say this....In order to live a healthier life..eating better putting good things into our body...We must we must we must...do a cleanse....You have to get the bad out first before you start putting the good in...Its like a car tune up..You wouldn't put new motor oil in with the bad...You would take the bad out first..then enter in the good motor oil..Well guys..same with a cleanse...
Im not going to say no more...smile..I will let my documented video show all...
